I think it's bad because it's hard to packed lunch and it can go bad if it's old.
But on the other hand, it's good to packed lunch becuase we can bring homemade food.

Lunches provide energy and nutrients to keep the body and brain working through the afternoon. Packing a lunch can give you more control over what foods you are eating when it comes to foods you may be allergic to. Carrying food from home is less expensive, more convenient, more hygienic, and meets individual requirements despite the fact that packed lunches are time-consuming and tiring to many parents or students like you because it's hard to prepare food to bring.
