People can feel happy emotion in our daily lives but there are also diverse works that make get forced. It is unhealthy for people and can cause them to break relationships. In my opinion, humans get it a lot with their job and friends.
First, there are many departments in the company, and if I belong to one of the groups, I should follow their rules and opinions rather than my real mind. This is because when some person decides another decision compared with them, he or she may become a tactless person. Then, it makes their individual is stubborn. Overall, people should make their image good in the workplace. That is why people get pressure. Second of all, friendship makes an invisible pressure as well. People prefer to organize groups that have similar opinions, interests, or families. However, if there are more than 2 persons, a tacit force can be made. If some people don't want to follow or argue with that, the friendship will easily break. Hence, many people are scared it.
