I think I have lived a normal life. I haven’t been acked anything that couldn’t be done and then I also haven’t asked something that couldn’t be done. Now l just remember something. A few months ago, my employee asked me to change his colleague. He said that he wasn’t respected by his colleague and working with her was difficult. But I didn’t accept his request. I knew he worked hard and was good at his work. But he couldn’t work everything alone and then I hired a person as his partner.
He didn’t get along with his partner. I asked him to cooperate with his colleagues. and then I said that cooperation is also his important work and responsibility. I explained that teamwork is so difficult but we should do it for our succeess. These days, they are working well together.

You're one of my most hard-working students. As for your answer, that memory is a good one. An employee asked you a favor because he was not comfortable, but instead of heeding his request, you taught him a valuable lesson and skill. That's must be difficult for him at first but I think you made the right decision. 

For the corrections, as usual, please avoid starting your sentences with "but" and "because". Do not be scared to join those clauses to the prior sentence,
