Recently, I finished two projects with the same deadline while answering clients' inquiries daily. It involved me switching back and forth with different tasks effectively and promptly. First, I communicated with clients to measure their expectations. This step was to grasp clients' objectives and allocate an efficient number of resources. Then, I scheduled daily, weekly, and monthly to track the work progress. I prioritized the tasks based on their importance, time sensitiveness, and relevance. Also, it was essential for me to consider unexpected events. Finally, I updated the status quo for team members. It was to delegate the workload with lower priority and monitor the progress. Constant monitoring allowed me to be aware of the schedule. Additionally, transparent communication allows lowering the misunderstanding when delegation. As a result, I maintained clients' satisfaction while accomplishing both projects of high quality, and both came back with different project requests.
