If I have that chance, I would like to recommend Bulgogi and Kimchi.
First, Bulgogi¡¯s sauce consists of soy sauce and sugar so it¡¯s not spicy to everyone. That¡¯s why foreigners can try and enjoy it easily. Its cooking ingredients and recipe are also common and easy so foreigners can make it easily at home. I think they will want to eat it again if they taste it just one time.
Next, I recommend Kimchi. There are various kinds of Kimchi in Korea. Although it could feel spicy for foreigners to taste it, I think Kimchi is the most scientific and representative Korean dish. I really realized it when I make it by myself in Canada. Because fermentation makes Kimchi¡¯s flavor amazing. I want to know about Kimchi's greatness to many foreigners. Besides the two dishes, there are a lot of delicious Korean dishes that I want to recommend.
