Which do you think is a better form of communication? Texting or calling through the phone?
I think calling is a better form of communication then texting. Sometime, we have some difficulties to understand what they want to say. Because we don't know what they feel now. But when we call to them, we would communicate perfectly.

Text messaging far outweighs talking on the phone because it is cheaper and quicker to use, time convenient, and significantly reduces radiation exposure. Texting is a quick and easy way to communicate and solve a problem as agents can often respond to customer texts faster than they can to live calls. Text messages have a higher opening rate than any other mode of communication. And calling wins if your goal is to connect with someone in a meaningful way and phone conversations take much longer to complete, and you can only complete them one at a time. ~ Teacher QUENNY.
