Here is the Samgetang Recipe

Prepareration
1 hole chicken, galic, green onion, Black pepper, salt , black pepper powder.

How to cook
1 wash the chicken with clean water . In side of chicken must be cleaned.
2 prepare a big pot and put cleanl water.
3 Boil the water
4. when the water boil, put Chicken, galic and green onion.( if you have grains of black pepper, put in 6-8 grains)
5. Boil for an hour until chicken become soft and easily teared.
6. Put some salts and black pepper powder until you feel taste good.
7. Dish up and eat.
Tips
1. If you have Ginseng, put gingeng when you boil the chicken together.
2. leave soup.
Put washed rice and mincing vegetables in to the left soup
Boil it with some salt.
