Poeple say my generation is the 'millennials' who are born between 1980 and 2000. We are goot at IT skills and most of us went to the university. However many are undergone the unemployment and low labor environment except the public officials. In my case also I didn't fell the financial crisis because of the social change. These are general features. Then what is the best thing about my generation? I will say it is a flexibility. We can understand the next generaion's characters in social networking service. Because of we are the sandwich ages between the old and the new like MZ generation.

We're in the same generation and I agree, the best thing about it is that we're flexible. 
We tend to understand the characters of the old and new generations. We're able to really adjust well. 
I guess, we're lucky to be part of it. ^^
