I made my nickname as a 'Speedgirl', because I enjoy the speed. So when I feel that I am pressured, I try to watch a car racing movie or drive by myself speedly. However I know that the later one is very dangerous. So I usually watch movie, Fast & Furious series. I feel my mind open wide and my stress fly away after watching it. Sometimes it is helpful to go another world even though it is a virtual reality.
There is another way to overcome the pressure. It is to visit to a nice cafe. When I drink a delicious tea or coffee and eat cookies or cakes, I feel comfortable and happy. These two ways will help to reduce pressure.
