Happy Friday, Donna.
From this morning, my colleague doctor and I have discussed about our staffs, especially a clinic manager and a new staff who is 42 years.
They don't like each other, and this fact makes our hospital uncomfortable.
We don't have a correct answer, however we should fix it.
Hence, my colleague doctor(so called Dr. MJ) had a meeting with her who is older.
And she told him about manager's faults.
We were getting know that the manager used the stuff in the hospital many times without permission and told other staffs so rudely when she ordered something.
Thus, we should give a penalty to the manager tomorrow.
It's too hard for me to do such a thing.
About company meetings, I don't like a heavy air.
So, I always try to tell something smoothly and warmly.
Sometimes I did a joke and praised other people.
I think this efforts make the meeting more relaxed.
Meanwhile, I will meet a friend tomorrow after a long time.
We'll grill beefs and eat those with a wine.

It is so difficult when staff or members of an organization fight like cats and dogs and you are caught right in the middle. As a good boss, you are forced to pressed punishment in the lightest possible way to avoid further damage. In your case, you are lucky because you have another doctor colleague to share all of these agonizing concerns. 

I hope that your young manager can make amends with the old member in a way or another. I think you and the other doctor are doing a great job in your management. It is just that at times, members are hard to control since they have personality differences. At this point, one of them crossed the line and so this problem occurred.

Anyway, you have stated your points clearly in concise and correct sentences here on your composition. Furthermore, the suggestions are only two; 1) place 'the' in "the manager's faults' and 'to' in 'We are getting to know...". They were underscored below. Thank you for your completion for this task!
