In economics, stagflation is a situation in which inflation rate is increasing or high, the economic groth slows and unemployment rate remains steadily high. Currently, we are under the crisis of inflation. National bank in USA has decided to increase the standard interest rate to solve the problem. As I know, this is the first step which government authority does if there is inflation happened. FOMC is the group to control prices in the USA. The main goal is to maintain price's increase in 2% every year. The interest rate is the major factor to control prices. However, our economics are not controlled with one factor.There are a lot of unexpected problem around the world. Every country affects each other. Althouth, authority solves the problem by controlling intreast rate, there will be another matters happened. Stagflation is one of the unexpected problem. I don't have much idea about it, but it would be worse for our lives, if it last for a long time.
