Inflation causes lots of changes. First of all, the price of goods is increased and the value of currency is decreased. On the other hand, the value of real estate is increased. So, people try to buy real estate rather than saving money in bank. As a result, the bank of Korea make the interest rate increased to induce people to save money. And then, the price of real estate also become decreased. Especially, the key currency country, America increasing the interest rate because of recession. After that, lots of dollars in Korea flew out to America and lots of professionals worry about the second IMF. Because of recession, people have trouble earning a living. It is also hard to export goods due to the war between Russia and Ukraine and covid-19. So, there will be lots of companies in financial difficulties. Like this, there are so many correlations in economy, We have to maintain stabilization of price.
