Most of houses that people live in Korea are apartments.
That's the reason why I don't do any chore outside unlike other countries have a huge territories.
But in case of my father, he runs a little store. So he sweep and clean in front of his store everyday.
(As matter of fact, I haven't seen this but I guess.)
Whatever do chores inside or outside, it is so hard to do that every morning forever.
And that's why I respect for adults including my parents.

You are correct when you said that chores, whether indoor or outdoor, are really hard to do especially if you need to do them every day but I think some people just made it their routine that's why it's easier for them. Great job by the way on your sentences, just minor corrections but you are getting better at writing in English. Keep it up!
