Hello, T.Donna.
Did you enjoy your weekend?
Actually, I didn't.
Last Saturday, I mean yesterday, I met an accounting officer who worked with us for about 6 years.
Dr. MJ and I decided to change the officer, because we didn't think he has a good ability to save our tax.
And I took a role to tell him that we wanted to stop the contract between him and us.
In fact, He was not only working partner, but also my friend.
So, I was so sad about it.
We drank together, and said that we will keep our relationship nontheless we finish our contract.
And there was one more bad thing.
I argued with my wife; actually I was so disappointed with her about growing our daughters.
I told her many times that I really want my daughters to greet with me when I go to work and come home.
However, she let my kids just sleep when I go to work yesterday morning.
That's why I was so mad and I stayed my room all weekend alone.
Without my family, I can't recover my energy.
So sad weekend, isn't it?

You have so much to take recently. I wish you had a very good weekend, but it seems like you had a long and an alone time to think about work and family matters. After this, you will feel so much lighter and better.  While it is true that pain can make us stgronger, first, pain makes us weak. 

Meeting and terminating the contract with your accountant friend must be hard but you have to do it. By this time, you have mastered the art of letting go (of employees and associates).  Being ready to the impact of this scenario is difficult so when you go home, just always remind yourself that as you go home, your family loves you no matter what happens at work. But, what happens when family is also a source of stress? Sometimes, when it rains, it pours. This means that it's raining problems all at once. Now, self-control and anger-management are practiced by most successful people. We cannot control the situation sometimes. However, we can control our reaction and behavior around us. This value separates man from all the other species- the ability to choose. It is not easy but love, kindness, and patience go a long, long way and keep healtheir relationships.

I wish you good luck in your choices, reactions, and social dealings this Monday. When in doubt, you can always pray to start and set your day ablaze.
