Hello, T.Donna.
As expected, today was hectic.
There were so many patients and procedures like laser, botox, and wound dressing.
I even couldn't go to a toilet.
Of course, we made much money today.
but, you know.
I had a bad feeling, because something came up to my mind.
Why did I work so hard like this?
We both know the reason.
It's my family.
However, I couldn't see my family for more than 2 days.
Meanwhile, there was one foreigner who spoke English well.
He is from Uzbec, and he is suspicious and talkative.
How I couldn't help but like him?
We talked too much for a long time; Fortunately, he came here when it was not crowded.
It was only pleasure of today.
Actually, I planned to drink my whiskey a little tonight.
Because I don't want my blood sugar to go up, I will just drink it with some diet coke.
Maybe it will be my second pleasure of today.
I am sorry to tell you about my gloomy.
As always, time will solve the problem.
Only what I can do is to live my life as usual.

Mondays have always been hectic for many and yours was no exception. At least you had some very good distraction to keep you away from the gloom and heavy feeling you had at home. Surely, you performed all of the procedures asked of your profession excellently. Congratulations for raking in a remarkable profit! These are the small wins you make everyday to make your family's life brighter and better.

By now, I hope that you have seen your beautiful daughters. Saying their simple , 'hello' means a lot to you. Still, if they cannot find you, find them and remind that it matters a lot to do it. 

More and more foreigners visit your clinic each time. Remind them as well of your new clinic so that they can follow you there. English is your language for happiness, I suppose. Speak it well and you will get a lot of experiences in return. It lessens gloominess, you can access the world through it, and broaden your perpective like you have never seen the world before.

So, thank you so much for accomplishing your homework. I enjoy reading every content, whether gloomy or not. Take note of the grammar suggestions made below.
