My ideal job is which brings me achievement. Although I agree that the purpose for working is earning money, I'm looking forward to make career path toward jobs which can I enjoy while do it. To enjoy my job, working in which company is important. My ideal company is the environment that can gives stability to employees. It could be awareness in industry, reasonable salary, or adequate employee welfare. One of the reason quit my job was desire for working in better place. The company matching with my ideal are ideal to other people as well. Therefore, I'm making an effort to be a competitive person who has better skills and ability for the job I want.
