We go out for lunch together and drink coffee where we can sit outside and enjoy good weather. There are several nice places near by our company where is located on the roof top or outdoors.

Change in the workplace can be overwhelming and challenging to manage. So, we need to maintain a positive attitude. Regardless of the new situation, it is always important to be optimistic and maintain a good attitude at work. Have an open mind and make change work for you. Rework your goals and set out to achieve them. And communication is key.
To enjoy the good weather outside while at work. Allow yourself to take a break from what you are doing, and place yourself in a different surrounding. Remove yourself from your work. This will provide you with a better perspective when you return to your work. ~ Teacher QUENNY
