If you're new in the place what are your expectations?
I expect nice shopping mall nearby and which food or restaurants are hot in that area.
Because I like to try local foods while having a trip and buy some small gifts for my intimate friends or family members.
How does your company maintain the terrific quality of the products or services you offer to customers?
There was a time when our product was found with defects in Japan. Our quality team members flew directly to Japan and did all the inspections of that lot. Our customers were very satisfied with the measures we made. Also, we have our technical laboratory to invest defects and test the durability of the product.

The number one way to ensure product quality is to perform inspections at the manufacturing facility they have the expertise, machinery, and workforce to resolve or minimize the problem. In addition, you need to; request quality audits throughout the production process inline, including final and/or packing accuracy. And consistency is important to the overall success of every business. Providing consistent, high-quality products allows your customers to know exactly what to expect every time they purchase your products.
