Do you know Chat GPT?
The world changes so fast.
In the last seminar, one of our franchise doctor told me that we should focus on GPT for now.
So, I was so curious what it is.
Last Friday, I was not sure if it was fortunate or not, anyway, it was not too busy.
Thus, I googled "GPT"
GPT is an AI system like JARVIS in the movie " Iron man".
It has numerous information of the world.
Even when I requested the schedule of my summer vacation, it made a perfect itinerary.
As I told my wife about this event, she was so frightened.
Just like a "Matrix", she feared that Ai or machine will conquer human beings.
Even now, I am chatting with the GPT.
It's amazing.
Last Friday, our chief manager resigned as expected.
In addition, one counseling manger also resigned.
That's because Dr.MJ announced that she should respect superior managers.
She didn't replied about it. Instead, she submitted resignation paper.
Caring for all staff is impossible.
All we can is to establish a right order.

Chat GPT is a hot topic in many different communities. The benefits of Chat GPT include its cost-effectiveness, ability to automate mundane tasks, and providing accurate and detailed responses for customer service departments. However, potential drawbacks such as the risk of plagiarism and the need for fine-tuning must also be considered. Additionally, ethical and responsible usage is crucial to avoid  violating Google’s guidelines. 

According to a magazine article, the advantages are the following:

1. One of the main benefits of Chat GPT is its ability to generate responses quickly.
2.Using Chat GPT can be incredibly beneficial for tasks that require a quick turnaround. You can complete your tasks in a fraction of the time it would have taken you manually.
3. It can also be used to generate ideas and content and can automate mundane tasks such as data entry or categorization, freeing up your team’s time for more important work.

Some of the disadvatages include:

1. There is the risk of plagiarism, which is unacceptable at all costs.
2. While Chat GPT can generate content quickly and accurately on simple topics, it struggles with more complex ideas or issues.
3.Users must consider that Chat GPT is still learning and is unable to produce perfect results.
4. Although it can be advantageous regarding its learning capabilities, it also means that the tool may only sometimes generate the most accurate or appropriate responses. With the lack of reliability in content, it is evident that this could lead to errors or misunderstandings, which may negatively impact the user experience.
5. It requires its user’s significant training and fine-tuning to get the best results. It can become more time-consuming and require higher technical expertise, which may be a challenge for some users. 
6. Finally, while Chat GPT is open source and available to everyone, its requirement for additional resources, such as computing power or storage space, to run effectively may create a barrier for entry-level users.

Always use ChatGPT to your advantage. AI has long dominated our lives by the use of smartphone and there will be more AI and other cutting edge device in the future.

Meanwhile,  it is important to formally acknowledge that your office accepts an employee's request to resign especailly when they committed mistakes or have not performed well. In your case, you always recognise the employee's contributions and appreciate them in one way or another due to your empathy. Caring for the remaining staff you have is the best thing to do and hope that there will be great members you can employ as soon as possible.
