Good afternoon, T. Donna.
There are too much dusts in the air these days.
That's why I can't open the roof of my car as much as I want.
Our old female manager made a few mistakes this morning.
Hence, Dr. MJ got mad to her for about 30 minutes.
Fortunately, that event happened in Dr. MJ's room.
I really don't want her to leave, so I texted her to encourage.
She will be a permanent employee in 19th this month.
Maybe, that's the reason why Dr. MJ tryied to train her the best before that day.
Meanwhile, we order a lunch box everyday.
As you know, it is the most important for us to eat foods.
That lunch box is good, nevertheless, we want more dishes everyday.
Today I brought some pork dish that my wife prepared, and Dr.MJ brought spam and salads.
We really enjoyed our lunch today.
Isn't it funny?
All we need is just food or alcochol, even if we make more money.
Anyway, training staffs is too hard for me.
I don't know how to train them the best, in spite of my long experiences.

As of Dr. MJ and your way of dealing with youtr staff, you should have a two-way conversation with the challenging employee. Listen to their feedback so you can understand where the problem lies. Giving tough feedback can be a difficult task for managers, but it’s important that you give clear and specific examples of the negative behavior and explain why it’s inappropriate and how it has to change. Focusing on specific examples can help lower the employee’s defensiveness and offer useful information that can help them improve their workplace performance.

Meanwhile, good food always boosts employee's morale. Good food in the workplace makes them feel more appreciated and rewarded.

Lastly, to reiterate the earlier idea, One of the best strategies for training new employees is to set employee expectations and clearly communicate them to them.
