Why is being prepared necessary?

I think preparation is planning to something. for example, when we young, we preparation our bag, homework, school supplies. maybe these are not prepared, we have difficulty in attending a class. another case, team play home work is very important for each role. but, if presentation speaker did not announcement prepared, maybe that project would have received bad score. and the team members would disappointed with speaker. Likewise, in many case, we really necessary preparation. This is because depending on whether you are prepared or not, your actions will surely be responsible.
