Not really, I don't think it needs. Whether to ban using cell phones or not, they should find an way to use it so that most of students will do it. So, I believe it doesn't need. In other cases, during examination period, it should not be allowed for fairness, even if smart watches too. In South Korea, most of national exams have been doing by now. :)

주5회 수업 : 월 20회 이용 가능
주3회 수업 : 월 12회 이용 가능
주2회 수업 : 월 08회 이용 가능
