How do you deal with a busy schedule? Do you usually finish everything you need to finish?

I usually deal with my busy schedule use phone calendar. When I was student (include university), I was remembered everything. Such as my friend asked me, “What class next time?” or “Where are we supposed to meet?” and then I answered immediately. But decrease with age, my brain memory is not good. So, if I don’t use calendar or memo, I don’t remember anything.
And I was very planned person in the past. But, these days, I become a lazy person. For example, in the past if daily homework or project was on that time finished. But now I often delayed my work or plan etc. so, I was decided don’t delayed everything. And I effort do that.
