Honestly, I think eating convenient store lunch boxes is reasonable choice for worker like me.

There are some reasons why I think so.

First, if I eat that kind of lunch box instead of eating lunch in food store or restaurant, I can save money and time.
Price gap between lunch box and eating in restaurant for lunch will be at least 5 $ per day and if I save that money during a month, I can save my money 100 $.
And also, if I eat lunch box in office, I can save my lunch time at least 30 minutes so during that time, I can study or find some information to invest my future even time is quite short to spend.

Second one is, I can adjust or lose my weight by eating lunch box.
Nowadays, many worker like me are usually overweight due to excessive nutrition.
And lunch box's price become more expensive and the composition in lunch box also become worse than before.
So if I eat this lunch box, I can't provide excessive nutrition for my body and it will be followed by lose one's weight.
