In my opinion, the important thing that corporation look is first impression. Because according to research, first impression during three second decide the person's image.
Therefore, the person who have a job interview must try to keep smiling. And during a job interview, you try to appeal that is positive mind, passion.
If you do, you will give good first impression to interviewer.
Next important thing is a lot of practice.
The practice is training that a job interview image.
If you do a lot of image practice, you will be gain a lot of score during the interview.
These training can reduce negative feeling that is disturbed about interview.
For example, feelings are nervous and worry during interview.
this is effective to reduce that.
