I believe that cheating in a relationship entails any form of action making the partner uncomfortable. I think differently about keeping the ex-partner’s contact information. Indeed, it is not right to keep the videos and photos of ex-partners. This is because it is a matter of trust. In most cases, keeping the memory of past relationships is not intentional. Speaking of the person who keeps every record and feels annoyed to delete it. Some can blame forgetfulness as part of keeping all those videos and photos. However, all kinds of relationships require effort to be long-term and trustworthy. In my opinion, close relations such as family and couples require more endeavor because inevitably those relationships should be long-term. Accordingly, videos and photos must be deleted from the phone after the end of a relationship. On the other hand, I have a different opinion regarding contact. believe deleting the contact information intentionally requires more thought.

Thank you for this Aciel. In my perspective, I think people who still keep photos and videos of their ex-partners despite being in a new relationship means that person had yet to move on. A part of them has not completely moved on from their previous relationship. Maybe they are still hoping to reunite with them, which could be unfair to the current partner. Moving on and starting fresh means you would disconnect yourself from everything related to your past relationship. Memories, whether bad or good, can stay in your mind or thoughts but not in your phone. If the person in not yet in a new relationship, then it's okay to keep those memorabilia.
