I guess it's a karma. That's why the kindness is so powerful. If you acted unkindly and rudely, that would come back to you. But on the contrary, if you acted kindly and politely, that would do to you. So, I always tend to say to my friends who are rude. "You have to become more polite than now because if you do the same because the other person is being rude, you'll be the same person. Right?" :)
