Firstly, the most important thing is water. Because people can't survive without water even for a week. If you can't get clean water, Hanging some plastic cover over trees could be helpful to get some pure water. The plastic cover will make dew into the water in one place. Additionally, heating body with some leaves will be vital to survive in outdoor adventures.

Did you know that we can survive without drinking water for three to four days. Experts say you can go about 100 hours without drinking when it is an average temperature outside. If it's cooler, you can go a little longer. If exposed to hot sunlight, the time is shorter.
