Hi, there.
How was your day?
I feel uncomfortable because there were some bad things in the clinic.
I heard that a client complained yesterday.
You can't imagine what happened.
Two staffs did a paper-scissor-stone to decide who would manage the client and he watched what they did.
He was so dissapointed with it, because he thought that they didn't want to do a service to him.
Dr. MJ and I scolded the manager of that department.
In the afternoon, Dr.MJ found that our inventory management had been screwed.
We decided to remove the incentive of the manager who is in charge of it.
I think she will resign, and this thought makes me sad.
I like most of my staff, so I don't want them leave.
However, we have no choice.
To manage our clinic, we always have to teach, encourage, and often punish them.
Meanwhile, I don't know the word "wellness".
Did you mean "Welfare institution"?
I think that both welfare and growth are crucial for all society.
If you didn't mean this, please tell me tomorrow.
