In the present, if someone parks in a handicapped parking space, someone should pay a fine(100,000won).

But when someone parks prenant seat or senior seat in the subway or bus, there is no penalty.

Just poeple stare them.

Some apartment and public organization secommend to visitor double parking because ther are lack parking place seriously..

But that time, we have to keep rules. When we double parking we should put in neutral gear and leave phone number.
