Hmmmmmm well, let see the difference between the new generation and previous generation. They tend to do something together in the generation X whatever is fun and hard. It seems like a community mind. But now, it doesn't loot that they will do in the generation Z. Of course, they only think about their own benefits. And they don't want to spend time for other people except for the volunteers.
