-> In previous my workplace, one of the job of charge staff was to assign the patient and to entrust some tasks to each of incoming nurses. The charge must have prioritize and judge in which nurse can take care of a tough patient, like this.. But I used to compare to other workers about tasks assigned. Because, some charge staff tend to play favorites. If some staff get on the wrong side of the charge, they can get garder with a lot of tasks and terrible patients. It\'s easy to make some authority can working like a toxin to all staffs. It\'s not a therapeutic relationship for sure.
