Nowadays, My go to cafe is a Mega coffee shop that is Korean franchise shop.
It is cheap compare with other cafe, and most of people are taking out therefore not many people in there.
Honestly, Americano's tastes are so bad that I left it because couldn't swallow the bitter taste.
And I'm a little sensitive to caffeine.
Besides that, the beverage is good and the price is reasonable.

I usually drink made with milk such as latte and smoothie.
Even I cannot handle hot drink I always order a hot latte because, if the ice melted, the latte will be tarnished.
However, smoothie is already mixed with ice thanks to no needs to these worries.
Most smoothies are topped with whipped cream, but I ask for the cream to be omitted.
Having a sweet tooth, but when I eat those kinds of cream, I feel like greasy and oily taste in my mouth.
I'm trying to not to be picky, but I can't stand when I have a dry mouth.

Anyway, I like cafe hopping to try new beverages with my friends:)

It seems to me that the Mega Coffee Shop is a mega competitor of Starbucks in your country. Since it is a to go store, you can just go grab one, sip, and enjoy!

Koreans seem to love iced Americanos because it's easy to drink fast, and it suits the public's taste according to  some coffee franchise as well as many young people like you. Since you are sensitive to caffeine, you would better try other beverages according to the season. I can say that nothing beats your own home brew or a freshly squeezed fruit juice. People have gone too busy to prepare healthy drinks and meals.

Nevertheless, you now live in an era where everything comes handy including drinks. In the Philippines, pearl shakes or milk tea are best sellers too. When we were young, we just drank water wherever we go. ^^
