Good afternoon, Joshua! Thanks for completing your homework. Almost all except the fourth sentence are correct. Very good! To explain why, we used "on the floor" because it shows that the cellphone is lying or resting on the surface of the floor. Meanwhile, we will use "at" if the cellphone is positioned in close proximity to the floor but not necessarily touching it.
