ESSAY: A rise in the standard of living in a country often only seems to benefit cities rather than rural areas. What problems can this cause? How might these problems be reduced?

well, if i understand this question, there is a big fact that reducing gaps between rural areas and cities is impossible.
Because, there is a difference of population. if many people make many things.
For example, people's consumption make economical flow and this flow make other people.
Facilities are similar this example. more people are gethered, better facilities are in place.
I think cities aren't had any disadvantages.
