There is no perfect policy or solution in education system. Hopely, the new education policy could help teacher's teaching methods. Not every teacher is always satisfied that education system. If the government do action something, probably the teachers' needs will be filled partly. We need to consider student who is remoced from the class. From that reason, the student would have lack of learning too. That matter is complicated.
