Hi, T. Donna.
This is a hectic day.
Since there were so many patients/clients in the clinic, we were so busy.
In addition, there were some patients who complained about treatment.
One woman complained a tyndall reaction of filler which she got around five years ago.
Another woman complained about her skin problem which she insisted it was followed by our laser treatment.
I am not sure if her problem resulted from our fault, nervertheless, I gave her good managements twice.
Despite of our effort, her skin didn't look any improvement.
I recommended some self-management along with our treatment, but she had not accepted it and just complained.
Dr. MJ had many VIP clients today, so he spent most of his work time to do services for them, and it made me busier.
My wife went to a concert of her favorite singer.
So, I had to care for my kids alone right after my work.
I am totally exhausted now.
To avoid divorce, doctor's wife should care for her husband well at home.
Just kidding.

Good afternoon, Dr. Kim.

Today, I really felt your exhaustion in class. Working the whole day and caring for your three kids is not a joke. I respect you more for that. This is rather ordinary for me however, I only have one child and he can pretty much take care for himself already so I can move more freely to work. I would like to congratulate you for being the best father and husband over the weekend!

Since you were beat this morning, I hope that the story of my past amused you in a way or another.

Meanwhile, I observed that your patients are demanding more and more refunds. As they sign the waiver, I hope that there are some statements there regarding treatment refunds. You may consult your lawyer further regarding this matter.  You can just hope that this was the last refund. Or maybe, August and September maybe very tough months that people have not much money.  These are some reasons I could think of.

I hope that you can go watch an IU concert soon. It is true that your schedule is always preoccupied but going with your wife is going to be a respite and will replenish your relationship like newly weds.

Tonight, all you need is some early, deep sleep. I wish you well at work today.
