Hello.
How was your day?
It's a peaceful day for me while Dr. MJ might feel upset.
That's because there were not too many patients in the clinic in spite of the first day of new weekday.
As you know, I ran out of all energy yesterday, so I need more restoration.
Since my wife and I are supposed to take an annual check-up includes colonoscopy this Wednesday, we should restrict our diet from now.
Hence, my wife recommended that we will eat a steamed chicken with clean soup; Sam-gye-tang this evening.
I think it was a great idea.
It won't interfere with the endocopy because it doesn't have much seasoning, moreover it will make us feel fullness and healthy.
Thinking of dinner, my stomach is growling with hunger.
Meanwhile, since it's not busy today, Dr.MJ and I are doing other works includes administation, laber, tax, and franchise.
What a peaceful day!
After my work at the clinic, I will play with my kids and practice playing the guitar, and ride a bicycle with my wife.

This is one rare peaceful Monday for you. I guess it was because of your sleep. It is good to have a serene day especially at the start of the week because it sets your mood for the rest of the days. Dr. MJ may not feel the same but at least, you can neutralize the condition of your staff and it can motivate them to perform their tasks with ease and perfection.

I wish you well on your annual check up. You are very familiar to the processes of all the procedures so there should not be any discomfort. Of course your recent diet may help you get good results but as we already know it, our eating habits shape our health in the long run.
