Are there any health benefits to drinking coffee?

I think, each kinds of coffee has different health benefits.
In the case of instant coffee, first of all it's delicious.
Because it's include such as sugar, syrup, and cream are add for taste.
So, it's not good for health benefits.
But, I want often this kind of coffee because of its sweet.
And in my opinion, americano or espresso are many people drinking this kinds of coffee for health.
Because, many people believe that this kinds of coffees healthy benefits.
This kinds of coffee has low calories and helps own focus more on exercise or studying.
So, many people want it for healthy benefits.
Any way, I think the most important thing is we don't overeating.
