Hi, T.Donna.
Although I've done all check-up this morning, I am a little tired so far.
Our check-up program consisted of many tests; measurement of sight, blood pressure, height, weight, hearing, blood, urine, chest X-ray, abdominal CT scan, ultrasonography and endoscopy.
It took almost three hours to finish all tests.
I could listen to the result of some tests immediately.
Unfornately, my wife and I had one polyp in the intestine, so doctors removed those things with endosopy guided laser.
Tissue examinations were performed, but I am sure those are benigns.
So, I am not worried about it.
During the sight exam, I found that my sight was not clear in some test.
Hence, I saw an ophthalmic doctor nearby after all check-up.
Fortunately, my eyes had no severe problem, just had a change of aging.
Since I received a polypectomy, I couldn't workout today.
My friend and I felt so bad about it.
To awake clearly, I drank two coffees, but I am sleepy all day.

Hello, Dr. Kim!

Every year, you go to check up hoping that everything will be alright. True enough, you are with just some minute treatments and additional check-up. As a couple with your wife, you aim is to live long healthy lives for your kids since they are still so young and cannot take care of themselves.  It is good to know that your doctors gave you a clean bill of health.

I am not sure how the polypectomy feels right now so I might ask you to describe it in class along with the other procedures that you undertook. It is a shame that you cannot go to the gym but at least, the polyp is gone and so will be your worries.

Your sight is just crucial to your profession so it needs to be 20/20. Over time, this is hard to achieve due to aging however, as you know it being a doctor, we have to constantly check our vision.

My day was pretty busy. It was the radio's 32 years and I met a neuro-surgeon and asked a lot of question to him. ^^ Anyway, I will elaborate on that in class.

Most of your sentences are correct. Maintain this frequency of accuracy and also the level of preciseness in details.
