1. What's the most challenging thing you've attempted to bake?
The most challenging thing I ever baked was chocolate brownies.
Cookies of muffins were only put the ingredients accurately and done by kneading, putting toppings on top of them, and baking them in the oven.
But chocolate brownies wer bathed chocolate and done by kneading, in the final step, had to put them in the refrigerator to match the chewy viscosity.
Macaroons are mad with similar recipe, but I'm worried that it wil be difficult to make them.

2. What's the best baking tip or advice you've received?
When baking, pre-melting butter helps a lot.
Also, if you use salt butter, you don'y need to use salt because it tastes salty. However, salt butter can be high in calories and may taste greasy, so you could be careful.
In addition, there is a point that cooking oil is applied in advance to make bread fall well from the oven, and a little flour can be applied.
