I think there are two main situations.
First, it's in an emergency.
I need to think that I can help people in needs, and I need strong faith in relief measures.
Because if I don't believe in relief measures, I may make mortal mistakes and I may not be able to protect savior's precious life.
Second, it's time to challenge something.
I think it's important to believe in myself when I'm challenging something.
Because I have to believe that I can do it, and that belief can lower my anxiety and gain self-confidence.
Also, sometimes the belief can be a motivation to challenge difficult things.
