My one of favorite food is a smoked duck.
The cuisine is really easy to cook.
Before cooking it, sliced onions should be needed.
After putting a smoked duck onto frying pan and being medium, it would be time to put sliced onions.
It might be good idea to add sausages in it.
Especially it tastes better with honey mustard sauce.
And it can be good cuisine for drinking alcohol.
Lastly It tastes the best if you mixed rice with the left duck meat.

Thank you Han for sharing one of your best dishes. When I first heard about duck meat, I felt strange. But then I remembered, it's actually one of the meat dishes I like. It's called duck caldereta :D
