Q, What is a rude greeting in Korea? Why?

In common,
1) if you put your hands in pocket. it may look arrogant, especially when you are greeting older people.
2) when older people come to the place, it is polite attitude that younger people is standing up and greeting older people.

In my case,
someone says just "hi" , but no eye contact and indifferent, I feel unpleasant.
