It seems to be a difficult question.
Not everyone seems smart. This is because smart people are not the only leaders. I think people who work with leaders are smarter than leaders? I think.
Questions arise about what smart is, but it seems to be wise.
If the leader is wise, the group goes faster than the others. There are certainly leaders who are not wise in this respect. This is because there are many countries on earth where the living common people cannot live properly due to hunger and poverty.
Even if all leaders around the world are not smart, efforts to listen to the people of the country and go further are essential.
