I was surprised with your tricky question this morning.
Actually I knww the meaning of encourage.
Even though I understood what the sentence means, I asked myself "Have you ever stop people from working in the hotel industry?
After knowing the answer exactly, I decided that I have to make my mind to be changed and think differently, honestly but not nagatively.

Here's the homework as below.
I have no any options to encourage someone from working in the hotel industry and also never done that.
Each person has their own choice for their life.
If someone asked me about lifes in the hotel, I would absouletely tell them good points and bad points in order that they can make a choice easily.
