I think the most important thing is that the new place should confirm to the guidelines set by the authorities concerned. There are some strict guidelines such as the total area of classrooms, two separate toilets for each gender, and a fire alarm and fire exit ,etc. Next the location is important because some parents sometimes visit on the way homes. And most students and parents don't like too noisy and crowded place. Also if possible,the cleaner place is better.
