In conversations, how I tell or deliver my ideas or opinions is important. Actually sometimes I get confused and am understood depending on the tone or the attitude not the content. For example, too exaggerated ton or gesture of some compliments makes me confused about the real intention of the praises. Also some questions are confusing depending on the situations or attitudes of speakers. Is it a just a question or a kind of criticism?

I agree with you! I feel the same way when receiving exaggerated compliments. It makes me wonder whether they're genuine or just said for a specific purpose. Even if we feel confused, I believe it's important to appreciate the sentiment as it's still a positive thing.
