Even though it was out of topic about the hotel industry, I thought it can be helpful for my interview.
I always wonder what is next question from you and it makes me feel both nervous and exciting.

Here is the homework below.
Hotels have many chances that foreigners visited and have to make all customers comfortable.
Because most of them are stranger so employees who can speak English can make foreigners at home.
Especially, on emergency, such as losing their passport and being hurt, some actions should be taken immediately with communication in English.
That is the significance of being capable of speaking in English.
