The most important thing is a heart of acceptance.
If some situation or system change, we should learn how to use or cope about them, not ignore. And we should share about them.
For example, the KIOSK and mobile application order system become common, a lot of restaurants or cafes use this system. But oldery people who aren't familiar with it are feel hard, and reluctant to go outside.
